This web site has information, pictures, and audio from a band that performed around the Midwestern United States between 1974, and 1982. The roots of the band go as far back as 1968

Almost all of these guys played a multitude of instruments, and 5 of the 6 are credited with original songs that were played on stage. Many times, one or two of us would record something on the 4 track, overdubbing, then the band would learn it.

Based in Des Moines, Iowa, then moving to Omaha, Nebraska, Jonesin traveled 8 Midwestern States and Canada. We had a dedicated following, and appreciate all the support of all the fans over the years.

Jonesin' backed up many top recording artists in it's day. Most notably; Santana, the Marshall Tucker band, U2, Sea Level, Elvin Bishop, Commander Cody, Walter Egan, Marc Jordan, Head East, Savoy Brown, Nantucket, and others.
